I've added some more specific prompts for some of my requests, but feel free to ignore those if something else here piques your interest!

Do Not Want: My DNW list varies slightly by fandom; this the most complete version of it. I try to call out in the prompt when I've removed something intentionally.
In general, I don't want: detailed or lengthy medical gore (gore is fine, it’s the medical part that squicks me), break-ups-and-make-ups (just breaking up or a couple that starts the work broken up getting back together are both fine individually, it's the combo I don't enjoy), non-canonical vampires, non-canonical robots, infidelity, RPF (with the exception of long-dead historical figures), incest, high school AUs, PWP, cis-to-cis genderbending (exploring the possibilities of someone being trans or nonbinary is fine, please just no rewriting a cis man as a cis woman or vice versa), allo/cis/het depictions of canonically queer characters.
No scat, watersports, underage, age play, pet play, free use/partner sharing, mommy/daddy kink. I would generally prefer no unrequested kink at all, but these are the really hard nos.
For art: I would largely prefer not to receive art that depicts full-body nudity, although some tastefully arranged limbs covering an otherwise naked person's junk would be a fine workaround. I enjoy tragedy, but for art I would prefer no dead bodies (caskets, tombstones, etc, are all fine, as is someone who is clearly in the process of dying in their lover's arms) or extreme gore.

Likes:
- road trips
- anything cooking-related
- romance
- courtship tropes
- comedy/wacky hijinks
- tragedy (incl. major character death)
- cozy curtain fic/slice-of-life
- found family feels
- locked/escape room type scenarios
- character studies
- mysteries/casefic
- supernatural shenanigans
- magical realism
- crossovers
- outsider POV
- historical AUs
- anything to do with fealty/loyalty/devotion/etc
- power dynamics
- I'm generally more interested in crossovers than fusions (a distinction which I realize dates me, lol), but I've got a huge soft spot for Ladyhawke AUs
- marriage of convenience
- mutual pining
- arranged marriage
- anything that involves a relationship (romantic or platonic, or even antagonistic) evolving out of two people being forced to work together, whether that's because two strangers are locked in a room, roommates suddenly acquired a kid, someone and their father-in-law have to assemble IKEA furniture together, whatever
- plants/floriography
- unreliable narrator
- soft color palettes
- earthy color palettes
- stylistic genre conventions (visual, but also in terms of written conventions like a noir monologue)
- anything that has sort of medieval or folklore vibes
- My kink interests run fairly vanilla, by fandom standards; I like things like A/B/O, dubcon, first time, very minor pain play. Anything you could realistically find in a romance novel sold at Barnes & Noble is probably going to work for me.
Meh:
- I like wilderness survival but know enough about it for inaccuracies to sometimes bother me
- I don't particularly care for stories about romances between sex workers and their clients, but if you want to write a story in which someone being a sex worker is just their job and not a prelude to romance, that's fine by me
- I often really like things that play with gender and gender expression as well as gendered societal expectations, especially when they edge into nonbinary territory. This can be a bit hit-or-miss for me in terms of fandom, though; I'm primarily interested in this for fandoms where canon is already playing with queer themes along those lines.
- I'm not the hugest fan of fake dating - I usually prefer two people actively trying to build a relationship, as in marriage of convenience/arranged marriage - but it can work for me sometimes. I enjoy it more when it's mostly there as part of a trope that I like, eg "we're investigating a Mystery and have to pretend to be a couple for Mystery Investigating Reasons"; "we're on a roadtrip and have discovered that if we tell the waitress it's our anniversary, at three diners out five we get free pie"; etc
- Scifi AUs largely aren't for me
- As a general rule of thumb, I don't tend to have much interest in celebrity AUs, reincarnation, or bodyswap
- I don't love first person POV, except in the case of some stylistic conventions (epistolary fic, noir AUs that imitate classic noir monologue style, etc are actually things I really enjoy)
- I like friends-with-benefits okay as long as the emphasis is on "friends"; if one or both of them is pining away for the other, count me out. Essentially, any relationship in which people are having sex-without-feelings suddenly introducing romantic feelings into the equation is a no-go for me, but the sex-without-feelings part is fine.
