I also asked the big bang discord server if they had any recs & scrounged a few from the recs channel on the due southbound discord server, but largely these are from my own bookmarks. Water of the Womb only mildly F/K, but it's a great fic premised on the idea that Fraser's grandfather was trans. ♥ this fic

(Honestly I recommend reading all of these authors' other stuffs, that's my usual SOP so you know....)

The Enemy of My Enemy is My Enemy by dogsled, long plotty F/K with some smut towards the middle and the end.

I'm sure there's tons more, but those are the ones that a) stood out to me browsing through my bookmarks and b) I'm fairly sure were written in the last 10 years.
